Human Mind: One of the most complex things that a human has. It can be simple to understand yet complex to comprehend. It is the one part of human body which is always at war with the “Human Conscience”. It has the ability to pull off the most unexpected i.e. come up with the solutions for the most complex problems & also offer the most stupidest solutions also. It is one part of the human being which is always at work, trying to analyze, rationalize, provide solutions, think, contemplate, not a single second where it rests in peace. I dunno about the saints… the divine beings who have attained the so called “NIRVANA” (not the band).

All I wonder how would this NIRVANA be? would it be really that peaceful where you are one with your mind, body and soul. Where you have no internal conflicts, where you are ONE with yourself.

Every-time  I am alone lost in my own little personal world… where I stare into the void trying to seek answers to the most important question in my life. The peace of mind, the healing of soul. I have often heard, read that to make peace with mind you need to forget and forgive your past. But I don’t think that is possible for anyone.

Rose Kennedy once said ” It has been said that time heals all wounds. I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue, and the pain lessens, but it is never gone.”

All we do is think too much..we think about our past the mistake that we have done; we think about our future what are we going to do? But do we ever live in the present and enjoy the moment?
